Myriam E. Cruz is the Principal Owner of Your Lending Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in banking, residential and commercial lending, and financial services. With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management, she combines strong financial knowledge with extensive lending experience to help clients navigate complex financing decisions with clarity and confidence.
Having worked within the banking industry, Myriam understands what happens behind the scenes, including credit analysis, loan structuring, underwriting considerations, and loan committee decision making. This experience allows her to evaluate each client’s unique circumstances, anticipate potential challenges, and help structure financing requests strategically.
Today, Myriam works with homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and business owners, helping them explore residential mortgages, nontraditional financing, investment property loans, commercial real estate financing, and business lending solutions.
Her commitment extends beyond financing transactions. Myriam has served as a business counselor with organizations including the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) and Rising Tide Capital. She has also shared her financial knowledge at small business events and educational programs.
